How to install the APK on Android

  1. Tap «Direct APK» above — the file downloads to your Downloads folder.
  2. Open the download notification, or go to Files → Downloads, and tap freecity-android.apk.
  3. Android will say: «Install blocked from this source». Tap «Settings» → grant install permission to the browser / file manager you opened the APK from.
  4. Go back and tap the APK again → «Install».
  5. Done — the app shows up in your launcher. Open and tap Connect.

Direct APK install is a standard Android distribution path. The file is signed with the same key across versions, so updates apply cleanly over previous installs.
